I often find myself resorting to fresh juicing when I feel that my body needs a boost of hydration and nourishment. Juices can be more effective in hydrating your skin and body over regular water due to the electrolytes, and of course the micronutrients, antioxidants etc.

CELERY JUICE

Following the Medical Medium Protocol, celery juice is an absolute non negotiable when it comes to healing your body and mind. It has helped me with symptoms that I wasn’t even aware were affecting me.

Celery juice has properties that kill off pathogens and EBV Epstein Barr Virus, that contributes to several chronic symptoms, it cleans up any bad stuff that’s in your system, little by little the bugs will die off instead of being fed and multiplied.

it also helps to revive and nourish your liver, with hydration and nutrients. A healthy liver is the pinnacle of good health. I always try to focus on nourishing my liver to support it in doing the rest of the work in restoring balance in my body.

Celery juice also kills of strains of bacteria that are responsible for Acne, bloating, poor digestion, brain fog etc. So making it part of my daily routine sets me up for the rest of the day with clarity ease and comfort in my body.

It is recommended to juice it alone, adding nothing else to it, not even ice, lemon, or ginger.

CARROT JUICE

Carrot juice is a juice that I notice gives my face almost an instant glow, maybe after drinking it twice a day or a few days in a row. It pumps the colour back into your face.
