I am here to encourage true love and acceptance of self. It’s about owning your wellness journey with grace and power, no hesitation, no fear of judgment.
Deep down you know what feels best for you despite the opinions and limitations of others. You deserve to embody the routines that elevate you, to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, and to do so with confidence.
A wellness journey is also contrast, duality, and depth. You must also have compassion for your weaknesses and past mistakes. This journey requires grit, tenacity and perseverance.
Here you have permission to normalise tenacious discipline, build your own rituals, and live fiercely and unapologetically by the right values. This is the greatest form of self love.
Disciplined Wellness = Uncompromised Confidence. Make it your new normal

It goes deeper than the surface.
From a very young age, I was is environments where I unfortunately experienced neglect, belittlement, and an overall hostility.
It took me so many years to even realise I had gone through such negative experiences which were not normal, and that they left me with a poor self concept and self sabotaging behaviours. For so long I was stuck in fight or flight state of mind, thinking it was normal, not knowing how to enjoy life, just pure hyper vigilance. As well as not realising the detriment this had on my health and wellbeing.
Becoming an adult and realising this comes with a lot of grief, for the life you feel you have missed out on. But I quickly decided I did not want to label my self as a victim - or stay stuck in the past.
Taking care of my self became a deep passion of mine when I came to realise it was an aspect of my life I could control for the better. And it may seem superficial, but working on myself internally and externally greatly improved my appearance, and my aura. I got the light back in to my eyes, Which made me a better person towards other people. It allowed me no longer be consumed by insecurites and focus on spreading positivity unto others.
Like the saying goes, you can’t pour from and empty cup. Sometimes we get so absorbed in our own thoughts and experiences we forget that we have and impact on the world, whether it’s a positive or negative one. The way we interact with others matters, and you want to become a person that can uplift, inspire and love others whilst loving yourself.+
